The Craving Corner.
A little distraction for the moments you fancy a drink.
Looking for things to do instead of drinking? Choose a breathing exercise, a puzzle, music or gentle movement to give yourself a little space. Just pick what you need right now.
Choose whatever feels right. There’s no perfect way to do this.
Three minutes for you.
Get comfortable. Let your shoulders soften. Imagine waking tomorrow morning feeling clear-headed, with the day ahead of you. Picture a small thing you’re looking forward to, perhaps a warm cup of tea or stepping outside. Let that scene be yours.
Follow the circle if it feels comfortable, or breathe in your own rhythm. You can add gentle ambient sound below.
Ready when you are.
3:00
The ambient sound plays only when you turn it on. Adjust your device volume to suit you.
Pick a little challenge.
Settle in for a few minutes. There’s no clock and no pressure to finish.

Make a little space for yourself.
Find a comfortable chair, press play on the music if you fancy it, and follow the movements one at a time. Take as long as you need.
First... settle in with Einaudi.
I cannot recommend highly enough having a little Ludovico Einaudi playing during any stretch and/or relaxation session. This man creates magic!

Breathe naturally. Move within a comfortable range.
All four movements can be done sitting down. Skip anything that doesn’t feel right, and stop if you feel pain, dizzy or unwell.
Here you are. Right now.
Look around and slowly find:
- Five things you can see.
- Four things you can feel.
- Three things you can hear.
- Two things you can smell.
- One thing you can taste, or one small thing you appreciate.
Take your time. You’re just making a little room between the feeling and what you do next.
Make a little list of possibilities.
Find a scrap of paper and jot down five things you’ve been curious to try. A book, a walk, a workshop, a café, a hobby, anything that makes you think “I’d quite like that”.
Circle one you could make a little space for this month. No need to book it or have a grand plan. Let yourself be curious.
Keep your list somewhere handy and come back to it when you need a different plan.
One little moment at a time.
