Music and embedded players

The Craving Corner includes Spotify playlists. The player loads only when you choose to load it, or you can follow the link to Spotify. Spotify may process technical information about your visit and use storage or cookies under its own privacy policy. See Spotify’s privacy policy.

Your evening plan

The free evening planner runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to Emma, Kit or analytics. If you choose to save, the plan is stored locally in this browser on this device until you clear it or browser storage is removed. Other people using the same browser may be able to see it. Printing or saving a PDF creates your own copy.

The website and daily prototype

The daily commitment prototype has no account or diary. Your commitment, chosen time, and support selection are held in this page’s memory and cleared when you refresh or close it. These choices are not sent to an app database. The hosting service may process standard connection information to deliver the website.

Analytics and cookies

If you choose “Accept analytics cookies”, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, which pages are used and interactions with free resources. We do not send the contents of your evening plan or your email address in the site’s resource events. Google may process information about your device and visit and set analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, we do not load those Google tags. Your choice is saved on this device so we can remember it. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Notes from Emma

If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is sent to Kit to manage your subscription and deliver Today Will Do emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. The embedded signup form loads from Kit, which may process technical information about your visit. See Kit’s privacy policy for details. Newsletter signup is a separate choice from analytics cookies.
